Charyn, USA: To Russia with love

While searching for information on travelling to Russia during Covid, we randomly stumbled upon Discovery Russia. This turned out to be the best find we could ever have imagined! Discovery Russia took care of every single detail of our experience. From the start to the finish of our trip, Lina (our tour coordinator) was fantastic! She was always available to us, either on the phone or whatsapp, for questions before and during the trip. She also put us in touch with another coordinator Irina, (who was great!) so that we had constant coverage for all the different time zones we were travelling to. We had a few snafus along the road, such as when our Covid tests did not come back on time for one of our flights, and Lina stayed up with us all night to coordinate with the lab behind the scenes to make sure we were taken care of. She put us up in excellent hotels in both locations we went to - Lake Baikal and St. Petersburg. .

She also arranged excellent guides for us in both locations - Andrey in Baikal and Liza in St. Petersburg - both highly highly recommended!! We didn't have to worry about a thing because everything to the last detail was organized by the tour guides and Line and Irina, who were all highly competent, very accommodating and pleasant people. All in all, we highly recommend this company if you're looking for a seamless and well organized experience in Russia!.
