So, why go to Kamchatka in winter? Snow-white snowdrifts and comfortable zero or two degrees (Celsius) await you here, and bright sun shines right after blizzards. All these beautiful and hard to get places, which are only accessible by a heli in the summer, are now reachable by snowmobiles. You can ski and heli ski (from March till May).
Snowmobiles and specially prepared jeeps will take you to the foot of volcanoes and to the shores of the Pacific Ocean on a beach with black volcanic sand. Animals that do not hibernate, it is now time when they go out closer to people. If lucky, we can photograph a fox or a wolverine. Even in winter, the water temperature of hot springs never falls below + 38 ° C.
For the first acquaintance with Kamchatka, we go to a brief city tour before hotel check in. See historical and cultural monuments, panoramic viewpoint and learn about the most interesting pages in the history of the city, its first settlers, their culture, traditions and customs.

In the afternoon, we travel to the local settlement of the locals people, Itelmen & Koryak people to learn about their way of life, traditions, legends, and enjoy national dances and songs. Traditional dinner will be served: fish soup, meat, herbal teas and cowberry pies. Transfer back to the hotel to relax in hot mineral springs.
