Christmas lunch

Christmas is an annual festival, commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed primarily on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world. Christmas Day is a public holiday in many of the world's nations, is celebrated religiously by a majority of Christians, as well as culturally by many non-Christians, and forms an integral part of the holiday season centred around it.

Russia is not an exception. But Christmas in Russia is celebrated on 25 December in the Julian calendar used by the church, which falls on 7 January in the common Gregorian calendar.

Nevertheless this day you will take part the Christmas lunch with Christmas tree and gifts as it goes all over the world. Even Russian Santa Claus will join!
