Drive (bus truck) to the roots of Plosky Tolbachik volcano crossing the river (by van). See all the top highlights of the area: dead forest, lava caves, ascend to the Northern Explosion crater where you can make a fire simply putting a small wood on surface. We make base camp tonight near lava fields.

Day 4. Ascend to Plosky Tolbachik volcano. Up to 8 hours. Moderate difficulty.

Day 5. Tolbachik valley – Tolud river. Trekking to our new base at the river Tolud. We descend to alpine meadows today
