Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport and further flight to Urgench. Transfer to Khiva on arrival (40 min drive). Khiva is an ancient desert city in the southern region of Xorazm. Built around the time of Christ, it was a vital oasis stop on the Silk Road. The old town has more than 50 historic monuments and hundreds of houses dating to the 1600s. It’s also said that the town has been destroyed and rebuilt seven times.
