After breakfast we shall visit a real icebreaker during our unique “Russia’s icebreaking fleet tour”. You will tour the inside of the ship and learn how people use these mighty machines to cope with the tough northern climate.

You’ll visit a remarkable and interesting exhibition in the Aviation Museum of the North; the air force is the second most important means of transport and communications in this vast and mainly uninhabited area.

Explore the selection of unique local crafts: traditional embroidery on linen, typical Pomory apparel, hand-painted wooden and ceramic household items and other great souvenirs of the Russian North.
