By visiting the complex, you can get acquainted with the biography and work of "Homer of the twentieth century", as defined by A.M. Gorky - Nikolai Ulagashev. Here you will learn about his life, his early blindness and about the glory and love that accompanied him everywhere. You will also visit three-part Ail (national house) - a museum of Altai culture and folk crafts. All traditional zones are reproduced here - the hearth and place of honor, the female part, the male part. Each part is filled with the items that were used by its inhabitants. The display of objects alternates with stories about traditions: for example, they say that one should not step on the threshold of the Ail or that children are often given strange names to divert the attention of evil spirits.
