The Taltsy Open-Air Museum is a unique and fascinating cultural destination located about 20 kilometers from Listvyanka, near Lake Baikal. The museum features over 40 landmarked buildings that have been carefully relocated to preserve them from the flooding caused by the construction of the Ust-Ilimskaya hydroelectric dam.
